A holistic approach to planning agricultural development: A comparative study of Taiwan and Transkei
Abstract
The study discusses the application of a systems approach model to agricultural development in Taiwan and Transkei in determining development needs and priorities. The model consists of the interactions between and within four groups of factors: (i) physical and ecological, (ii) institutional and operational, (iii) the human potential, and (iv) the agri-milieu.Downloads
